Girls, can you tell me, the baby has always had yellow stool, and today it's green. The baby is turning one month old tomorrow. What could this be? Could my milk have become bad?

Это вообще нормально. При гв стул может быть всех оттенков желтого и зеленого. Посмотрите на ютубе видео грудного консультанта Нины Зайченко о стуле новорожденного. У нас тоже периодически бывает, так настраивается работа ЖКТ

У нас тоже бывает разноцветная, хотя мы даём одну и ту же смесь

Все нормально у Вас ? Не переживайте. Постепенно таким образом, будет переходить на коричневый.
