Good evening, my stomach is like a stone almost always. It doesn't grab and release, but just so stiff for about 30 minutes then soft and again stiff. I start walking and my stomach hurts like during periods, I lie down all normal. What's up with it? Maybe training? My belly pinches as usual perfectly.
