Не знаю,помогло мне это или дочь решила,что пора на выход,но за день до начала родов я прошла тысяч 20 шагов(обычно так не ходила)

Живот может опуститься прям перед самыми родами.вызывающие конечно неприятно.но думайте о том что скоро увидетесь с малышом.хотя ещё же могут подождать неделю две я имею ввиду 41,42 недели делают вызывающие.
