Нужно померять давление. В зависимости от того, в чём причина головной боли. Может понижение давление, тогда может стать ленче от чашечки заварного кофе.

Кормить то можно, но какая причина болей, менструация? Как давно родили? У меня кровопотеря была и низкий гемоглобин( помогли витамины и железо). Нужно понять причину
