Наш в три 1 -1,5 часа гулял и спал 40-45 минут. В обед на 2-2,5 часа в сон уходили) Когда гуляли мы играли в игрушки, слушали музыку, гимнастику делали. Просто стишки читали, ходили по комнате. Сейчас вроде не много времени прошло а уже все по другому)

У нас примерно 1,5-2 часа гуляет, спит минут по 30-40. Около 1,5 спит только после обеда. В общем гуляем больше чем спим))
