Girls, I know it's a cliche, but every breastfeeding session of mine is accompanied by tears, such terrible pain ? It's not like cracks, but big wounds on the nipples that bleed ((the worst thing is when I see my little one drinking milk with blood?I apply Purlan cream, I do air baths, but it doesn't really help). Maybe someone else has some suggestions?
