Нельзя. Проконсультируйтесь с врачом на счёт другого спрея либо просто обходитесь полосканиями

Не знаю как у вас в Москве но должны продавать, раствор фурацелина не в таблетках а в именно он в бутылочке продаётся, и уже готовый раствор берите сразу 4-7 шт через каждые 1,5 часа полоскайте им за день снял мне все боли
