What is the calculation basis for the first month's increase - from the minimum weight at discharge or from birth weight?

У нас считают от веса при рождении, за первый месяц набрали 390 грамм. Но в последние недели перед взвешиванием стабильно хорошая прибавка была по 200-230 грамм в неделю.
