Yesterday evening, breast milk T-ra 32.3 rose, and my chest hurt from morning like a bruise on touch, but there were no lumps. Today, the temperature is 38.2, there's no lump, but a small one feels provable. Is this because of that temperature? I don't know what to do. It's not like there are awful pains in my chest, but because of the T-ra, it's really bad, weakness and chills. The little one isn't sucking, I try to express with a breast pump...tried to get breastfeeding going, but it won't work at all, especially in such a state. How can I cope without frequent feed
