Today at night for the first time lying on my side, I got a stiff back? I wanted to turn over to the right and then terrible pain in the coccyx started ? I didn't notice it before... is this normal?

У меня так)) уже привыкла. Старюсь на одном боку не спать, чаще переворачиваюсь на другой бок.

У меня также!! У меня затекают даже ребра .. Ночью кое-как вставала в туалет по стенке. В общем то ходила я к неврологу, но мне сказали что никакие таблетки и мази нельзя использовать, походите на физлечение , вот стало чуть лучше , но совсем не прошло.. Я думаю дальше будет еще хуже, нагрузка же растет
