У Елены не проходила, в Инстаграмм проходила у Ульяны Вернер. Результаты: - 22 кг - беременность, которой сказали не будет никогда - отличный сын 3150 и 51 см (моя ранняя менопауза ?) После родов прошла сама для себя ещё раз (все материалы остаются у вас навсегда). Шла рожать 85 кг, сейчас 69 и думаю продолжать.
