Если я правильно понимаю ваш вопрос, то электронный и бумажный больничный дублируют друг друга, по бумажному вам работодатель оформит выплаты за больничный но БиР. На этом всё.

Ирина, Вас дезинформировали, это одно и тоже. Просто электронный распечатали, можете зайти на гос услуги и сравнить тот, что там с распечатанным листком. Это одно и тоже.
