Я слышала что диастаз есть у всех после родов ,спустя время мышцы должны стянутся ,но у кого то не стягиваются .Пусть пройдёт время и тогда будите точно диагностировать диастаз.

Смотря сколько сантиметров, бывает полностью восстанавливается, бывает надо упражнения поделать, бывает только хирургическим путём.
