Hello everyone! Has anyone's little one had a vitamin D deficiency? Our daughter started scratching her ears when she falls asleep and is head-bobbing, the pediatrician sent us for a vitamin D test, today the result came in, it shows a deficiency, but our clinic only has children's appointments on Thursdays (( I wanted to hear some advice on how to increase the dose or start taking something myself...? )
