Hi girls, could you tell me how contractions work in general? Just now in the evening my lower back started hurting and it feels like the tension is shifting to the belly, going down into the abdomen, and sometimes periodically. I just had emergency births before, so I don't know what contractions feel like. Could you please explain if it's not too much trouble?
