To everyone ?, could you please tell me how to give a child Ursosan, with what to dilute it and in what proportions?

Нам назначили по 1/4 разбавляла с водичкой, два раза в день

мы принимали одну таблетку в день ( утром, обед и вечером) разбавляла с водичкой
