Hello everyone. I'm in pain, can anyone help? I've been struggling with vaginal fissures during pregnancy. I can't even eat on the toilet ? Sometimes there's a lot of bleeding ? It's so painful, it feels like it's burning down there, I'm afraid that hemorrhoids will get worse. My sister advised applying heparin ointment to the area 3-4 times a day.
