Today I noticed that one leg is thicker than the other, is this normal? Ultrasound showed the head bigger than the hands and the hands bigger than the legs earlier, but not as much as now, the legs are bigger, will my body grow asymmetrically according to such ultrasound?

Лучше, конечно, это спрашивать у врача. И смотреть нужно в динамике. Дети постоянно растут и то тело вырастет, то ноги, то руки, то голова. Всегда по очереди и естественно временами руки длиннее чем должно быть, или голова как у головастика. А вот если одна нога длиннее другой, то лучше у специалиста спрашивать, может тоже норма
