Hello everyone, maybe someone has experienced this. I started having pain in my nipple, first when my daughter was breastfeeding, then constantly, noticed a white spot. I looked at Nina Zaychenko, I'm doing everything as she says. A white spot is coming out with the contents, but for two days now I can't remove it. My chest hurts now. Maybe someone had this, how did they deal with it? Or should I go to the doctor? It hurts specifically at the point of the spot.
