Hello! I've been recovering from childbirth for a long time. Even though I lost weight, in the middle of my belly there seems like a hollow. I thought it would go away with time, but it hasn't. Now there are also pains around the belly button! Has anyone experienced this and what did they do about it? Could it be diastasis recti?
