Baby is 1 month old (on breast milk), we have cheesy stool (like rolled-up milk), eats well, but during feeding it hurts so much in the belly, pulls legs and arms, hard to look at with tears in their eyes. Noticed strong gurgling, gas comes out very loudly and we're slightly underweight. It wasn't like this before. Can you tell me if this is normal? Maybe I'm panicking ?
