Mommy, please tell me my baby (2 months old) has not pooped for three days, he cries all night and spits up, he sleeps little, restless, I don't know what to help him with. We are on mixed feeding, mostly breast milk, formula before bed or when leaving someone (we introduced it because there were small weight increases). He used to always poop every day or every other day. Now something is preventing him from pooping. I think that he can't poop because he pukes well. What can I do? Massage on his belly doesn't help.
