Has anyone tried Apilac? Low milk supply, first baby. What are the pros and cons?

Добрый вечер. Я пила апилак, но мне не так уж помогло. Молоко так и пропало. А так минусов или побочных не было

Я пила очень много горячих жидкостей особенно чая с молоком, сорпа из баранины, и часто прикладывала примерно в 30-40 минут раз потом стало по больше не скажу что сейчас прям разливается но ребёнку хватает

Я пила чай для локации очень много , пью чай черный тоже помогает ! Воду пила много ! Ещё нужно кушать ! И часто прикладывала малыша И молоко приходило и приходит!

Я пила курсом 10 дней, мне кажется что лучше стало молоко
