Good morning! How long has your child's regression been lasting?

Good morning! How long has your child's regression been lasting? It seems like it started yesterday.? The daughter is restless all night, waking up every hour and crying until she's put back to sleep... I don't think she's hurting anywhere because she's cheerful during the day but this happens at night.
