Is white coating on my tongue normal in our age? Are there remnants of milk? I hope it's not thrush? ?

Если водичку даёте налёт должен уйти, у нас была молочница, отказывалась грудь брать, обрабатывала с содовым раствором, прошло за 3 дня где то. Если ребёнок спокоен, значит нормально у вас
