40 weeks, weight gain +23 kg. Yesterday I went into the shopping center, tried on clothes and looked in the mirror, saw how much of a mess I was and felt ashamed. I wanted everyone to not see me, didn't want to leave the fitting room and felt embarrassed that people would see me. A terrible feeling. Now at home, I was thinking about going for a walk, but can't overcome that feeling that I'm a big mess; no mood.
