Girls, hello! How to get rid of phlegm without a suction device? My son has been sniffling since yesterday, like phlegm is inside his nose but it's not flowing just a snuffling sound.

в любом случае лучше аспиратор иметь,по своему опыту поняла,что от пылесоса лучше и промывать

аквамарис И жгутиком убираю

промываю с слабым солевым раствором и аспиратором сразу же высасываю. Все выходит.
