Педиатра на дом вызывайте если кашляет, послушать надо.., мы делали ингаляцию физ раствором и тёплую воду давали

нельзя точно муколитик , особенно что касается сиропов.Выявить откуда кашель(какой)от слюней,из бронхов вызвав педиатра.Лечение только к нему,а вам помогать.если не дай бог бронхи ,то только ингалировать гормоном.Муколик нельзя,у малышей слабая грудная мускулатура и откашлять они не умеют.Так же микроклимат помещения проветривания промывание (увлажнение)носика.Поправляйтесь
