Hello, can you please tell me what to do? I'm 40 weeks pregnant and had an appointment with my gynecologist today for a sonogram and a vaginal exam. The gynecologist gave me directions to the maternity ward where they looked at the sonogram and did an examination. They said everything is fine and I can go home. I went out after that and noticed that I have a little bit of bleeding. What should I do ???
