I'm having a very strong olfactory aggravation and everything seems so unpleasant, sharp, especially the smell of food. Appetite is gone, I don't even want home-cooked meals. Sometimes I feel slightly nauseous. All the time I want to eat something sweet ? This wasn't like this in my first pregnancy. Is this late toxemia manifesting like this?
