В 6.30 подъем, 1сон 9.30-11, 2 сон 14.30-16, в 20.30 укладываемся

В 6,30 подъем,а дальше как получится, от 2 до 3,5 вб, по ситуации укладываю

В 8:00 просыпаемся. Спит по разному, сам 30-40 минут. Если со мной рядом на продлении и 2 часа может спать. ВБ по 2.5-3 часа
