Я массировала под тёплым душем, дочку чаще прикладывала

Побольше прикладывать ребёнка и если есть возможность купить дезодорант от aloe flp ever shield хорошо помогает. Если что напишите мне, правда я сама не занимаюсь но могу направить

Частое прикладывание,массаж и сцеживание.Главное не откладывайте на потом

Частые прикладывания, лимфодренажный массаж (есть видео на ютуб), сцеживания до облегчения болевых ощущений.
