Hello girls? Is it an insect bite or allergy? There are only three dots on my face, not anywhere else. What can I do about this? Should I go see a pediatrician?

понаблюдайте, просто у сына была аллергия, прям тоже похожая на укусы. и по всему телу было всего штук 5.
