Girls, hi everyone, my daughter has been struggling for four days to fall asleep at night earlier than usual, around 22:00. She's not sleeping until 00:00 now. She cries and gets very upset first, then finally falls asleep. ??♀️ She sleeps twice a day for 1.5-2 hours, she refused the third one. Maybe someone had this experience?
