Girls, hello everyone! Could you please tell me? I can't figure out the situation at all. I am a citizen of the RF living in Kazakhstan, planning to go to Russia for childbirth at the 8th month. Can I get maternity capital and child benefits for the baby? But at the same time, I will be having all consultations in KZ. I have a residence permit in Russia.

Анастасия, Просто мне мои родители говорят что мат капитал выдаёт врач который меня поставит на учёт в "России" а мне придётся встать на учёт в кз т.к я там проживаю.

Рубина, Это декретные,но раз вы не работаете в РФ,то их и не получаете. Все остальное после рождения оформите просто

Да конечно у меня тетя тоже в кз стояла на учете и рожала в кз, потом поехала в рф оформлять документы, получила и пособия и мат капитал
