Hello, could you please tell me what these red dots on my daughter's foot are? They are under the skin. What could it be?

Обратитесь к хирургу либо к онкологу , у нас была маленькая точечка красненькая потом синячек , потом шишка, удаляли.

У нас была точка винного цвета, ходили к хирургу , сдавали кровь и т.д. , тьфу все нормально. Мне вообще сказали , с любыми точками , пятнами и т.д. до года обращаться к врачу. ?‍♀️
