Коричневые выделения , при гематоме, обычно означает что гематома рассасывается и выходит

Как сказали выше, именно за счёт того, что из гематомы выходит кровь она и рассасывается. Больше отдыхайте, не нагружайте себя сейчас, избегайте купание в ванной так же
