Скажу по своему опыту,лучше сходить и сдать анализы и по анализам пропить ,те витамины которые в дефиците.

Айдана?, Абсолютно согласна! А ещё не все витамины между собой совместимы. Лучше со специалистом на эту тему консультироваться
