У меня бывают такие высыпания на пальцах рук, при частом контакте с водой. Может ножки потеют ?

Может гипергидроз? Попробуйте присыпкой детской, она будет впитывать излишки влаги. Ещё у нас так было от крапивы на даче, не уследишь за сорванцом, он уже в кустах ?
