Если ребенок любит побегать думаю раздельный лучше Я лично сыну купила раздельный так как ему удобнее в них ходить бегать В слитных он как пингвин ?неудобно было ходить бегать

В слитном хорошо с горок кататься и в снегу лежать. В раздельном - ездить в авто и ходить по ТЦ и в поликлинику.
