Hello! Girls, what advice can you give for sore throat during pregnancy? And how to cure an upper respiratory infection (URI)?

Лизобакт, полоскать горло, нос с солью. Обильное теплое питье, мне малина помогала, молоко с медом тоже

Да мне тоже помогло молоко с медом и теплая водичка

Если просто боль в горле,то мороженое помогает купировать боль,любые леденцы чтобы слюной вымывалось.А так отпаиваться ,отдыхать
