Hello, can anyone tell me if it's possible for someone to submit my notarized application for child benefits on my behalf while I am abroad? I cannot reach them by phone at all, even through the social protection and pension funds! ?

Гос услуги и ПФР онлайн,модно обратиться в МФЦ к сотрудникам для уточнения информации или позвонить в МФЦ.Насколько мне известно по доверенности можно ,заверенной у нотариуса
