Encountered problem at week 5 of pregnancy: started to hurt abdomen. What does it say? Scheduled gynecologist appointment only in another month. What should I do? Go see him now, or not worry about it yet?

Существует серия причин, из-за которых болит живот на 5 неделе беременности. Самая безопасная – рост матки, связок, кишечника и движение плода. Опасности такие боли не представляют, и не подразумевают медицинской помощи. А вот если 5 неделя беременности, и болит живот как при месячных (тянущий характер), то рекомендуется в срочном порядке обратиться к врачу, из-за того что есть риск преждевременного прерывания беременности. Когда тянущая боль сопровождается регулярным желанием помочиться, то может быть цистит. В таком случае нужно также в срочном порядке посетить уролога.
