Encountered a problematic situation at week 16 of pregnancy: started to hurt in the belly. What does it mean? Scheduled only for an appointment with a doctor next month according to the plan. What should I do? Go see him now or not worry about it yet?

Может быть серия причин, из-за которых болит живот на 16 неделе беременности. Самая безопасная – рост матки, связок, кишечника и шевеления плода. Вреда такие боли не представляют, и не подразумевают медицинской помощи. А вот если 16 неделя беременности, и болит живот как при месячных (тянущий характер), то рекомендуется срочно обратиться к гинекологу, поскольку есть риск выкидыша. Когда тянущая боль характеризуется постоянным желанием помочиться, то может иметь место цистит. В таком случае рекомендуется также в срочном порядке посетить уролога.
