Encountered problematic situation at 16 weeks of pregnancy: started to hurt abdomen. What does it say? Scheduled only in another month according to gynecologist's plan. What should I do? Go see him now or wait and not worry?

Может быть серия причин, из-за которых болит живот на 16 неделе беременности. Самая безобидная – растяжение матки, связок, кишечника и шевеления плода. Опасности такие боли не представляют, и не подразумевают медицинской помощи. А вот если 16 неделя беременности, и болит живот как при месячных (тянущий характер), то важно обязательно обратиться к врачу, поскольку есть риск самопроизвольного аборта. Когда тянущая боль сопровождается регулярным желанием сходить в туалет, то может иметь место цистит. В таком случае рекомендуется также в срочном порядке посетить уролога.
