Encountered difficulty at 16 weeks of pregnancy: started to hurt abdomen. What does it mean? Scheduled to see doctor only next month. What should I do? Go to him now, or not worry yet?

Бывает несколько причин, из-за которых болит живот на 16 неделе беременности. Самая безобидная – растяжение матки, связок, кишечника и движение плода. Угрозы такие боли не представляют, и не требуют медикаментозного лечения. А вот если 16 неделя беременности, и болит живот как при месячных (тянущий характер), то стоит срочно обратиться к гинекологу, из-за того что есть вероятность самопроизвольного аборта. Когда тянущая боль характеризуется регулярным желанием помочиться, то может иметь место воспаление мочевого. В такой ситуации рекомендуется также в срочном порядке посетить уролога.
