My mother had me at 19 without complications. She never had any problems with me growing up, I was a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What's unexpected is that I'm as old as I am. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению большинства врачей наиболее лучший возраст для появления ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно заранее бить тревогу, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого термина как наилучший возраст для родов детей. Осложнения могут развиваться среди молодых и в зрелых годах рожениц практически в одинаковой степени. Все обуславливается конкретными характеристиками организма. Чтобы женщина беспроблемно родила в 19, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться медицинскому персоналу.
