Girls, hello everyone. I completely gave up sweets. In a week, I ate only one peach, a couple of glasses of juice with a sugar substitute and a small piece of watermelon (not a whole piece, but a piece from a small slice), and throughout the week while I don't eat sweets, sugar is high for pregnancy. Only 2 times was 5.2 and 5.4. The rest of the time mostly 6.5-6.9. Sometimes even more. Diets I try to stick to. What should I do and why is the sugar so high?
