My mother gave birth at 31 years old easily. She hasn't had any complications with me, I grew up quite healthy. A couple of weeks ago I found out that I was pregnant. What a surprise: I am as old as her. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению большинства специалистов наиболее удачный возраст для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно предварительно бить тревогу, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как оптимальный возраст для родоразрешения детей. Проблемы могут появляться среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц практически в идентичной степени. Все определяется определенными особенностями организма. Чтобы женщина удачно родила в 31, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных предписаний и правильного распорядка дня во время беременности ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться акушеру.
