13 weeks pregnant, from week 11 started tingling in the lower abdomen and on the sides, before bed back pain and waist pain, is this normal during pregnancy, does it happen? (first pregnancy)

эта норма ...но если переживайте сходите на УЗИ пусть вагинально посмотрят есть раскрытие или нету

Это нормально. Но если сильно переживаете, то сходите на узи для своего спокойствия. Ведь ваши переживания отражаются на малыше.
